Armen Meliqbekyan

Armen Melikbekyan was born in 1980 in Yerevan. In 1997-2002 studied and graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages of Yerevan State Linguistic University after Brjusov. He got his PhD and taught literature of Great Britain and USA at YSLU in 2005-10. He worked at Armenia Public TV in 1999-2000 and then did editor’s work at sport informational agencies for 3 years. In 2003 coming back to the First Channel as sport commentator he is working in this capacity to date. For the period of 2005-2008 Armen Melikbekyan worked as Armenia Football Federation Deputy Executive Director.
